Messaged on Facebook about my generator not working. Was messaged back in less than 5 minutes and followed by a phone call. I got step by step guidance on how to get my generator running in the middle of the ice storm! Great Customer Service!!!

Thank you so much Thibodeaux Electric After many unreturned phones calls and promises from companies to help sometime next week, we were sent Thibodeaux Electric’s (337) 543-2362 phone number. We spoke to Kevin the owner. We drove to Fenton to meet his tech half way and pick up a new control panel. Still didnt work. His tech came to our house today to try and fix it-no luck. Long story short, we brought our generator to Opelousas to be repaired but couldn’t wait for it so we are purchasing a new generator from them. I can’t begin to express how helpful and gracious they have been to us.
