Lovely Nails

I went here for a refill and pedicure. I’m giving two stars because it was not a good experience. I had a deluxe pedicure where they used towels to wipe the products on and didn’t even wash my legs and feet off with water after putting oil on it. I never had a deluxe pedicure like that and was rushed. I do short square nails and none of my nails were even by the end of my service. I was upset that they even got upset because I explained what I didn’t like and it wasn’t fixed. Will not return or recommend

i’ve been to this place before, and prior to the last time i visited, it was fine. all was well. but when i went to get a pedicure, the ladies were nice and kind. they were clear on what we wanted, but the process was not very pleasing. while they were prepping my toenails, one of the ladies trimmed my cuticles and cut so deep, that in the next few days i found out i had experienced some discomfort that makes it uncomfortable to walk on one of my toes. im suspecting that it is an ingrown toenail, but i’m sure they’ve done this before. they’re kind of rough as well, i would not visit again.Service: Pedicures

Needed a quick mani/pedicure after walking out of the last nail salon (Classy Nails - 1220 S Union St Opelousas LA) after an hour wait of just soaking my feet while the staff attended to walk-ins for lashes et al and kept telling me they'll be right with me. ‍ I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this location. Nothing to fancy but techs were very efficient and friendly. I was quickly seated and attended to with minimal wait. Decor and chairs are a bit dated but the customer service made up for it.
