“My 2 dogs needed their nails trimmed. I called and they said I could bring them in that day. I brought them in and the wait was not long. Their nails were really bad but there was no negative comments regarding them and the lady cutting their nails was very patient. I told her my poodle may try to bite her and that she may want to put a muzzle on her. She said we will try it without one first. So I held her and she did her nails and all was fine. I appreciated that even after I told her she may bite, the lady just dealt with it with so much care. Wonderful experience and I will go again.“
