Oakdale Animal Clinic is an amazing place described as the best of the best. The doctors and staff are always great, amazing, caring, compassionate, loving, intelligent, supportive, friendly, extremely caring, knowledgeable, very courteous, professional, and kind. They provide excellent and thorough care. In an emergency, they treat pets quickly, taking them right away. They are supportive in advising on options for care and costs. The experience makes clients feel as if their pet had always been a patient there. Wait time is usually minimal. Clients report they will return, recommend, and brag about their experience, feeling blessed, grateful, and thankful for the care that can save a pet's life.
My 2 dogs needed their nails trimmed. I called and they said I could bring them in that day. I brought them in and the wait was not long. Their nails were really bad but there was no negative comments regarding them and the lady cutting their nails was very patient. I told her my poodle may try to bite her and that she may want to put a muzzle on her. She said we will try it without one first. So I held her and she did her nails and all was fine. I appreciated that even after I told her she may bite, the lady just dealt with it with so much care. Wonderful experience and I will go again.
I needed an emergency vet for my road dog! He ate something and started having problems. I called the clinic and they said no appointments bring him in! Staff was knowledgeable and very courteous they treated my Cur dog quickly and we were out of there.
This Place and These People are the Best of the Best!!! Everyone there is Amazing, Caring, Compassionate, Loving, Intelligent and Supportive!! From the Phone call to entering and exiting the door! We felt as if our Tank had always been a patient of theirs because of the way they ran out and took our fur baby in their arms and immediately cared for him!! Our Tank Had the Best Care!! Dr. Sara and her amazing Staff Saved his life!! We can’t Thank you guys enough!! We are so blessed and grateful and will forever remember, recommend and Brag about our experience and encounter with all of you!! We appreciate and Thank all of you!! ? ? ? ?
