If I could give zero stars I would. I called the office and left a message, went by the office and left a note. Got in touch with the son on cell, was told father would call me back. Never heard back from any of my attempts.
Came out 2 times recently for my elderly mother - both times taking her money - first time charged her for Freon ( May) recently came back again charged her for Freon said she probably had leak in copper line - charged again - said needed to come back and run new copper line - when called out made an excuse that he didn’t say that- few days later - ac blowing 90°plus air - new ac company called - found problem right away -Visible to the eye and hearing “ hissing - “ liquid line filter drier”completely rotten!This is called abuse of the elderly!
