Milton doesn’t even know I am posting this. He recently replaced the roof on my home a couple of years ago. We took care to do the job correctly by replacing plywood and removing vents (obsoleted by spray foam). My home took the brunt of Ida by evidence of the large oak that fell on it. However, I appear to be possibly the only home in Ormand to not lose a single shingle during this storm. Of course, I need to repair where the tree punctured the roof, but I have no water damage inside because my roof held up as was warranted by Milton. Good job!
