I had the best experience ever with this vet. I have been with my previous vet for over ten years, and after several attempts to reconcile my bad experiences with them I decided to take my dogs elsewhere last week. I called in and set up my dogs as new patients the office manager was very professional and knowledgeable. Then without seeing JJ or Tito yet as a patient last night when returning home from work, JJ was weezing. As any pup mom would be I was worried. I called in, your receptionist answered on the second ring, she was able to fit us in before they closed. And we were in and out of there before 7:15 with a diagnosis and all the meds needed with JJ feeling better...read full review

The staff was very friendly, they were very patient with my dog and with my English (we are from Mexico). A good experience, I recommend it 100% only for the annual visit was $211, i think is a good price for the quallity of the staff

By far in customer service is unmatched. The care and attention given to the animals is top notch no other vet from ST. Mary Parish to New Iberia will touch my animals. Thank you ladies for the love and attention you give to all my animals
