Sean was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and honest throughout the entire process. Every detail was handled smoothly, expectations were set correctly, and there were zero surprises. He made what can be a stressful process feel easy and seamless. If you want a realtor who is organized, responsive, and truly on top of his craft, Sean is the one.
Sean Hettich is everything you want in a Broker-agent. He went way out of his way to sell our home. He is a great communicator and educator. You can tell he loves what he does and the results show. Thank you Sean, Betty & Tim Galloway
My experience with Sean as a realtor was actually pretty short. He was my agent when I sold my house. We did a walk-through together, he helped me make decisions as far as what to fix up to make the house more appealing to potential buyers as well as what not to change. We talked about how to price the house so that it would appeal to more buyers. He set up a professional photographer to come take pictures for the listing. My house sold within 18 hours of “going live” on the market. It’s like he knows this magical little formula for getting a house sold. I would recommend him to anybody.
