I’ve ordered flowers several times from there.
However for Mother’s Day. My husband & I were disappointed. I did not ask for a refund. However, if it was not Mother’s Day, I would ask for a replacement. I contacted them & they said it was “Designers choice”. We paid $100.00 I just expect more from them. I contacted them and they were very nice listening to me. I do understand this is their busy time. But….
I live in San Antonio. A very close friend of my son's had passed away with services in New Iberia, LA. I didn't know who to call. I was sad for the loss. This SHOP WAS AMAZING. The woman who answered the phone, took her time, helped me greatly and made the bouquet absolutely gorgeous. I called her back to order a plant also, she helped me AGAIN with a beautiful suggestion in my price range. I sincerely appreciate the fact that this shop took the time to care during a difficult time and provided beautiful flowers and a plant for the family of a great friend. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM!!!
Leaving out of town and called...great customer service and everyone called me and said my arrangement for the funeral was breathe taking. They said it looked like it came from Hawaii...
