I was there when this place first started and have received EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY, FAST, Service. When someone didn't understand their taxes, the refund, the paperwork, it was quickly explained! No pressure at all! Most people who left for someone down or across the street seem to come here the next year. Good Customer Service. Appointments are meet On Time or you will receive a call only if you left a phone number. People from afar still talk about the GREAT SERVICE they received!
As a Dallas, TX customer, I appreciate having United Tax process my yearly taxes. The thorough process results in greater amounts on my returns so I strongly suggest you let the professionals handle it because this business has been excellent for a plethora of years.
