Zachary Meissner took time to explain what he was doing. He showed me a concern that bushes shouldn't touch the house. He added 1 or 2 stations. He replaced the broken caps after he pulled the bait/poison. I have always been impressed with the J&J inspectors. Great job.
Damian does a wonderful job, he is always courteous and professional. He always asks if there has been any problems between treatments and is very knowledgeable about getting rid of those pesky pest around the lake. Thank you, Damian!!
Joey Raggio is absolutely top notch. He attends to every single need we have — even things I don’t realize he’s helping with behind the scenes. We trust him 110% with our businesses. He has his own code to get in and always works around our employees’ schedules, so he’s incredibly accommodating and efficient. Most of the time we barely even see him because he handles everything so smoothly. And if we ever have a problem — especially wasps outside — he takes care of it the same day. This company defines customer service perfection, and Joey. is truly the best of the best!
