My first interaction was when I called to see if I could bring our Dalmatian/mastiff named Ladybug in. We have never been a client before. From the 1st phone call till I left they were all so caring and compassionate. We had our Ladybug for almost 12 years. She had cancer and needed to be sent to doggy Heaven. I have had experience with other vets and those at Good Hope are truly the best.
I absolutely love this vet…I moved 1.5 hrs away took my animals to another vet and they way over charged me I’ll be driving 1.5hrs just to go back here they don’t over charged and truly care about your pet
Dr. Bynog and his staff were truly amazing to do business with! They helped us with our injured feral cat who came with our house that we bought. They did the very best they could under the circumstances but unfortunately we had to put him down or he wouldn’t have had any quality of life. This clinic was so professional, caring, called with updates on how our boy was doing. We were so impressed with the care we received from beginning to end. Thank you for taking such good care of him and us. We will be bringing our other cat to you for sure in the future! You guys are wonderful!!
