My responding tech was Mr. Malcolm. He arrived BEFORE the scheduled time, was very professional, and seemed very eager to assist. I had multiple questions, he was attentive and answered them all. Axsom air has definitely become my “go to.”
The folks at Axsom have been great to work with over the last couple weeks regarding our A/C unit. Our original unit went down a couple weeks ago and I ended up reaching out to Axsom. They were able to get Jeriod out on a Saturday morning to get our old unit repaired. Jeriod was great, he explained everything and was able to swap out the part that went out on our unit. He also took the extra time to point out some concerns with our original unit, and gave us a few quotes on a new unit that was the correct size for our house. Dylan and Parker were absolutely amazing at every stage of the installation process! Great, upbeat and professional attitudes, motivated and always communicated and explained every step in this process! Thank you Dylan and Parker for actually making this fun!!
