Michael was a delight! He was courteous, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He clearly explained the problem with our hot water heater and clearly our options. John showed up close to on time, could have been traffic. But he was so nice and polite. He told me everything he was doing and what would need to be done to repair my drain problem. He was very professional. If I need more repairs in future I will definitely use yor company and probably request John
