November 2,2022 I walked into this shop and was not greeted. They did not ask if I wanted a pedicure or manicure like most shops do. I picked a color and sat down in the waiting area next to a black gentleman. After waiting for several minutes and asked to gentleman if he was waiting for service. He respond that he was. Shortly after a white woman walked in , was greeted, and told what she wanted. She was immediately taken to a table for a manicure ahead of the of us that had been waiting prior to the white customer walking in the shop. I was stunned, got up and walked out. I will never return

I went for a mani pedi and the lady that started my pedi was really rough on my feet. I told her she left nail polish on a couple of my toes and she used the "drimmel" to remove it and she made my pinky toe bleed. She got offended when I told her she hurt me so another lady finished my pedi. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my mani (I should have left). I asked for an ombre pink and white polish. She put the powder on so thick I could have used it as a brick to pave a road. Needless to say I won't be going back EVER.

i really do wish i could give less than one star. i never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but i have truly never had a worse experience at a nail salon. i was cut with the nail drill so many times that i cried. i told the nail tech that my fingers were burning and his solution was to paint over my fingers with acetone? my finger was bleeding from being cut so their response was to spray it with alcohol without asking me first and putting neosporin on it. i would highly recommend you go anywhere else.Service: Acrylic nails
