Ultimate Nails and Spa
“I think I have found my new favorite nail salon. I have been going to one on 171 and I truly love their customer service, but last set lasted me a week before the material literally crumbled off— maybe defective and/or old. Anyway, I never called to resolve the issue, and that’s on me, but instead decided to explore my options. Glad I did. Things I loved about Ultimate:
1- I was received with a big smile. Front desk answered all my questions with zero fuss.
2- Salon is clean with a great atmosphere. Music is relaxing, employees look well put together, and the layout is inviting.
3- Tech didn’t try to change my mind, like it has been my experience with other businesses. I wanted black short nails and he gave me that, no questions asked.
4- Prime location. Closer to our home and to Rouses to which I go often.
I paid a little more for this set of TAP but I was getting DIP before and I understand TAP is more expensive. I’m happy.
