Excellent cut and experience. Jo listened, asked questions, gave recommendations and followed up with an amazing cut. I don't get a standard cut so communication is key. I was impressed that more focus was on my actual cut than many other establishments where the technicians are more focused their own conversations with each or forced small talk. Kudos! I will be back.
