Sorry it took me a while to post my review___ i had a fairly new computer and got what’s called the blue screen of death. I called a few place and decided to go with cypresstech. My computer was fixed is less than 2 days. My only advice to everyone is always back up your computer to an external hard drive. I did this so none of my info was lost. Thank you for such good service.
