service is awful I booked an hour long facial. my technician was 15 minutes late then left me waiting for another 10 minutes. when I explained to her I only scheduled one hour between appointments and needed to get started she coped an attitude and finished my facial in under 30 minutes. I also had a wax scheduled. she had no clue what she was doing. wax was so hot I had to stop her. yes it left a burn mark

I recently visited this spa as a treat from my husband. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the establishment. The ladies greeted me right away. I was there for the Spa Day Escape which included a full body massage, lunch and a facial. The full body massage was amazing. I loved the use of unscented products. The massage therapist took care to hone in on problem areas. The mood was set with spa type music. Lunch was a simple salad with a bottle of water with ranch dressing on the side. The facial was short and sweet with 20 minutes alone to relax after inhaling sweet scents of lavender. Ms. Kisha is the absolute best! She makes you feel relaxed, comfortable, and safe while in her care! She’s so careful and gentle and makes sure you experience little to no pain during and after waxing services.
