Have had a couple of issues with the thermostat since my new unit was installed. No fault of Southern Air. A drainage issue in my plumbing has signaled the thermostat to turn off. A great feature that could possibly save ceiling damage. Damien came right away and quickly took care of the problem. He explained exactly what the problem was and took pictures of it so I could see for myself that it was stopped up. He blew the line out. Problem solved. He was great and so friendly. You can't beat Southern Air's service or their technicians. So appreciate their quick response.

Spencer came out and fixed my washing machine drain because it was backing up into my laundry room. I don't think I could have asked for a more courteous and polite young man! He was awesome! He got the job done and checked it twice to make sure it was going to work. I would highly recommend Southern Air for any plumbing issues!

Grayson was my service technician. He was polite. He called before arriving. He checked everything and explain what was going on with the unit. So trying to get it fix might nit be a good fit, so we looking to get a new unit. He explain my options and was very knowledgeable with the info. I appreciate all the info given. I would recommend him.
