Have had a couple of issues with the thermostat since my new unit was installed. No fault of Southern Air. A drainage issue in my plumbing has signaled the thermostat to turn off. A great feature that could possibly save ceiling damage. Damien came right away and quickly took care of the problem. He explained exactly what the problem was and took pictures of it so I could see for myself that it was stopped up. He blew the line out. Problem solved. He was great and so friendly. You can't beat Southern Air's service or their technicians. So appreciate their quick response.
Hunter McLain and his crew showed up early this morning and meant business. Both were very professional knowledgeable, friendly, and worked non-Stop until the new unit was installed. Hunter gave directions on the thermostat and the mobile app so that we can operate the system efficiently. No one wants to use a heating and air company because that means they have a problem but if I have to use one again, it will definitely be Southern Air.
