Have had a couple of issues with the thermostat since my new unit was installed. No fault of Southern Air. A drainage issue in my plumbing has signaled the thermostat to turn off. A great feature that could possibly save ceiling damage. Damien came right away and quickly took care of the problem. He explained exactly what the problem was and took pictures of it so I could see for myself that it was stopped up. He blew the line out. Problem solved. He was great and so friendly.
