Bad experience after the fact. The cut ended up way too short because she wasn’t paying attention to detail. Everyone who saw my hair before said it looked better than it does now, and honestly, it’s not a good feeling walking out of a place looking worse than when you came in.
I told her I have long hair and usually wear a hat, but she didn’t blend anything or even trim my sideburns like I asked. She didn’t even check the reference picture I showed her—just left everything looking boxy and uneven.
