I've only done one metal roof before and that was my shop. It turned out as well as expected with zero leaks. That was 10 or 12 years ago. This yearour house roof was in need of repairs and we decided to go with metal. Due to medical reasons I've been off work and couldn't afford a contractor so I decided to take on this challenge.
