Called to ask about some hard to get parts. Dana could not have been more helpful. Dropped my parts off at the UPS store same day so I had a chance of getting them next day. Extremely helpful staff. Thank you!
Todd thank you for all the help, i was on a live load and I pulled in with a radiator leak and they had to change the radiator. Luckily they the part got me out in 6 hrs. I was watching the mechanic and went above and beyond to get it done. God bless y’all
I really wanted to give a bad rating, but out of respect for your mechanics I will give a high one.
Why a bad rating?
There is a war in my country, I am from Ukraine, for safety I came to America 1.5 years ago with my family, I am learning the language and am just starting to speak and understand.
And I felt a very unpleasant attitude from the woman in the office who was filling out the documents for the repair. During each conversation she did not try to understand me, but smirked, this happened every time I talked to her, from Friday to Tuesday. I really did not like this communication! I think that such people have no place working with clients!
