Caleb was incredible at handling an issue from another artist. I got a tattoo at the WM location and it looks like a sharpie marker. I’m not local and planned this with my dad while home for Christmas. Caleb was empathic, honest and helped me so much!!! He/Jonathan/the Monroe shop will forever have my business!!!!

Caleb was amazing!! I lost my sister in 2023 and wanted a note she wrote me tattooed in her handwriting on my arm. He matched it PERFECTLY!! All the way down to the crossing of the “ts” and dotting of the “Is”! Thank you Caleb!!

My friend and I got our nose pierced tonight by Hallie at Cold Desert, West Monroe and we love them so much! Hallie was awesome to work with, very professional, and answered all the questions we had, and we had sooo many! ? She wasn’t in a rush to get us out of there even though it was late and she was getting off as soon as she finished our piercings. I’m so glad I went to Cold Desert! It was a great experience all around! I can’t wait to go back! Definitely recommend 10/10! ??
