Walked in for 2 pedicures. The smell of polish and rubbing alcohol was rather overpowering upon entry more than other salons I’ve been to. It was very busy at about 4:30pm on a Thursday with 4 techs there. They quoted an approx wait of 30 minutes, (ended up being just under an hour wait) Considering we weren’t in a hurry we decided to wait. I wish I had thought it through better, the amount of customers and short staff caused the pedicure to be incredibly rushed on their part and I get a pedicure as much for the relaxation of it as, much as to keep my feet nice. This was not the case in this instance.

First time I thought was maybe a fluke but even worse experience the second time. Cut corners, lazy work, rush you out whether they finished or not. Asked for a manicure with my dip and they didn’t. No cuticle care. The shape is lazy half done, asked them to fix the shape and they wouldn’t. Very uncomfortable experience.
Honestly not sure why any of this is the case because you are paying for the service? But I should’ve checked the reviews before going.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Never trimmed my cuticles, cut my nail crooked to where skin was sticking out, excessively ground my nails to remove gel polish. Paint was not smooth. Had a piece of trash under one, others didn't go to edge of nail and pinkies paintsd over onto my toe. When I pointed out the skin and irregular edges was told it was just my nail. Then someone else while buffing the top coat off my powder dip nails asked if I was sure I wanted my nails done, because they were busy, (truly because I had a complaint) to which I responded I sure don't.
