Look, my father in laws rental house has a central AC that is 850 years old. Every single company we called prior to 318 Heat & Air didn’t even attempt to repair. They just tried to sell him a whole new system. Now, I know it needs a new system. He just simply can’t afford it right now. However, none of those companies would even attempt repair. Fast forward to last week and the fan motor went out and a capacitor blew. I called 318 because they had a simple name. I prayed that they’d be like my dad when HE was a service man and just find a way to keep this ancient system going. They got the system going! Of course, they recommended a new one because that’s their job. But I PROMISE that when we are ready to get a new one, we will be calling them and no one else Pricing is spot on and fair and they are super nice and helpful. Suck it, Gilleys!

Owen Clark came out same day. Very professional. Showed me the problems. Got pricing same day. And was kind to my dog... so that's an A+ all around.
