The Mosaic Company is a top notch flooring destination. Customers are very impressed with the service and quality of the flooring and installation. The team is professional, courteous, and nice, with excellent customer service. They are honest, reliable, and hardworking, and they work together great as a whole team. The staff is very caring and helpful, easy to talk to, and easy to get in touch with. They moved fast on projects with a time crunch and were involved in every step. The installation work is skilled and meticulous, and they do an excellent job on installation and clean up, leaving floors cleaner than they were. Prices are fair and the work is excellent. The carpet looks absolutely amazing. Customers would recommend them to anyone needing flooring installed and will use Mosaic again for any flooring needs, including bathroom remodels.

Taimi and Juan were wonderful to work with, very professional but yet down to earth and easy to talk to. They were also very easy to get in touch with, either by phone or walking into the showroom, for any questions we had. You get the whole team with Mosaic and they work together great!
