Very thankful to have security pro! They helped troubleshoot an issue over the phone on a weekend and then showed up first thing Monday morning to find the issue. Thanks guys for the great work!

Had a recent fire alarm at my monitored residence. After smoke was cleared, the zone 3 ( back door and windows) would not clear and I was unable to arm my Security system. My husband and I are supposed to be going out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. Security Pro was very professional and responsive to our needs. They sent Michael over this morning to address the issue. I liked the idea of the text telling me that he was enroute and I also liked the photo of the service tech coming to my house.
