Started out going here around 2012, 2013, 2014. Wound up getting audited for the following 3 years. I can’t believe this place is still in business. They got audited and I guess paid the fines with the money they made off everyone.Moral of the story, this place is not professional, go to H&R Block for your piece of mind.

I provided my information for them to file my return and then signed a tax form on March 25th. It's now May 23rd and I have not received my refund. The IRS says they have no records of my return even being filed electronically like I was told was done. I am going to have to file on my own and work it out with the IRS myself if they can provide me a late filing exemption. I have over 45 emails with them back and forth, they do not respond to numerous calls and voice-mails. I won't be using them anymore.

I wish I could put 1/2 a star to no star at all. My return processed performed last year has caused such a difficult filing year 2022. They are nice people but the professional aspect is not there. They input the wrong information and I have yet to receive my correct payments. I would not recommend.
