Despite rain, they were able to install all windows in less than 5 hours.
They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves.
Windows look great and so happy to have the (transferable) lifetime warranty.
Mr. Farmer was a great sales rep. He took the time to explain all the options to me and my husband. I didn't feel pressured to make decisions about purchasing. We have used Window World in the past and the experience gets better each time.
Great sales, installation and product. However, they are going to drive you absolutely crazy with all the damn survey and review requests. Great overall experience but back off on the reviews and surveys.
