Warby Parker Lakeside Shopping Center

Went to Warby for the first time looking for new glasses since I broken my current ones and had to wear a old one. Was greeted right away and helped. Lots of great frames to choose from. The woman that helped me was very nice and informative with my purchase. Definitely will be back to bring my daughter to get a pair! Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service

Sebastian was very helpful. I like having the physical store to try on frames and get more accurate measurements for the lenses. Haven't received them yet so hoping I like the final product.

I love how the frames are laid out, how you can try on the frames without having to look for a mirror, how convenient it was for the salesperson to find my insurance coverage without my insurance card, and how fast the service was.
