They have a plan and cut the correct limbs to make sure your trees stay healthy and grow like they're supposed to, and so they don't become a danger to your house or power lines. They talk to you about what they are going to do and ask for your input before they get started. They can even do it without messing up flowerbeds or plants/bushes under the trees. Really great work.
