We needed weekend AC service, I called on a Friday evening, spoke with their dispatcher, and a tech called me within thirty minutes. Mike told me he'd be at my house at 9 am Saturday, he was right on time. He immediately suspected my system was low on refrigerant or the coils in the blower were dirty. Turns out the coils were filthy, he deep cleaned them and we're cool again. He was friendly, described the work he was doing, and showed me why the coils needed to be cleaned. Mike never tried to sell me anything, he just worked diligently at diagnosing and remedying my issue.
