I had a fantastic experience at JCPenney salon! I came in for a wash and flat iron by (Ashley) and she did an amazing job. She is very attentive and listened to what I wanted during my consultation. The final results was beautiful she gave my hair so much life as a mom of two. I receive so many compliments and will definitely be back!!!
