Awesome customer service! My technician; Lane, arrived in a timely manner, and he was professional, courteous, and very friendly. He made a stressful situation much easier, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently he handled everything. Highly recommend this service if you ever find yourself in need of new locks!
Mr. Ronnie did an amazing job repairing our lock and strike plate! He first came out to assess our door, which was having trouble closing and locking, and provided helpful recommendations on how to move forward. He then returned to install our new lock and completed the job quickly and professionally. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend his services!
