Mom's water heater wouldn't light $75 to make an appointment_no disclosure of base service call cost Aririved: $342 is minimal service charge_ if I said no, I would have forfited my $75 deposit. This is just theft! 2 minutes into the appointment, they cleared the Dust Bunny from in front of the pilot burner. That dust bunny cost $342 Follow-up call rec'd to ask about my service and I told him it was unacceptable that they did not disclose a minimal charge. The lady said they cannot discussed prices over the phone. Offered to have manager call me...I said ok. Haven't heard from a manager.
