The staff especially Ms. Dawn is very nice and helpful. The place is clean and pleasant looking. Dr. Cooper is nice. He explained to me the possibe reason why I am having the thumping sound on my ear, I did not feel that he is in a rush to be done with me. He listened to my health history. Just sadly, nothing can be done with it according to him. Nevertheless, I felt like I am treated with respect as a patient which is seldom I see with other clinics I visited.
