My son had his first haircut and it was such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and great with children. He was able to watch Elmo and play with toys while getting his hair cut! We will definitely go back to Sharkeys!
Normally, we give this place 5 stars because our boys love it and have a great time while getting their haircuts. However, today was not the best experience with one of our boys. The hairdresser, Lakisha, cutting his hair was rude. I understand people have their days and my partner and I miscommunicated about how much to take off but I was really discouraged by the way that Lakisha rolled her eyes and made faces when we asked to cut more off. She also slapped on some powder to get the haie off and didn't clean it off. I wish there was an easier, more private way to make a complaint than on yelp but here we are.
