After having surgery to repair my fractured patella and torn meniscus, I didn't know if I would really be able to resume my previous activities. I can tell you, not only did I resume, but I am better than I have been in decades! I had the privilege to work with Drs. Shaina, Mary, and Lauren, each being the epitome of professionalism, focus, and fun. The one-on-one therapy was so different than I had experienced from other "therapy places" and it was easy to trust them and push myself to heal. AND, I climbed a mountain after I graduated! “Everyone is very polite and professional. Also, very knowledgeable of products and services. I love FYZICAL so much. Before I came to FYZICAL for Balance Therapy I use to fall down often inside and outside causing serious injuries. Since FYZICAL I haven’t fallen. I was taught different techniques to prevent fallen and was provided strength training for my weak legs (which aren’t weak anymore). 🙌🏽 I can even seat on the floor and get up without assistance. That’s A Big Deal for me. Also, was given therapy for pain in my shoulder and hip. FYZICAL provides different exercises and holistic care. When you’re discharged, they send you home with a plan of care to continue at home. I Love FYZICAL and everyone that works at Dublin St and Airline Hwy. FYZICAL is the BEST!!!!!
