Very easy application process and great service from speaking on the phone with Maria (who accommodated me during lunch because that’s the only time i has available) to finish up the final application process, to the approval and signing with the manager, James, who also accommodated me by staying until 5:30 to finish/sign my paperwork/issue a check. James was very knowledgeable about my account and presented multiple offers and with no pressure allowed me to choose the offer I thought was best, he was top notch when it comes to being welcoming and professional, I highly recommend this branch for your financial needs.
