Ochsner Urgent Care & Occupational Health - Metairie

I've had good experiences here before but my most recent was quite depressing. Nurse Practioner Alyssa L. Landry simply just didn't care what I had to say. I explained my issue told her the antibiotics she insisted I take wasn't going to work because they didn't last time and essentially didn't seem to care about my ailment or how it was treated last time. They even sent my scrip to a pharmacy that was closed, and I was willing to entertain her diagnosis and try the antibiotics that didn't work last time but can't even pick them up to prove her right or wrong. Stood in line behind one person for over 20 minutes while the desk clerk had her fill out papers and find information. He definitely could have had her to move to the side to check in the next person. It literally took me 3 minutes to cHeck in. I could have been sitting down. What if I couldn’t stand for that long.

i got there at 10:45 am and left around 1:40, they literally forgot about me while i was extremely sick(still am). i quite literally took over and hour and half nap while waiting for them. they were not much help besides telling me that i didn’t have covid and that it was the flu.
