I’ve been getting sports massage here for many years. Today, Taylor gave me a therapeutic sports massage that was relaxing yet firm. My back and neck feel great and I will definitely be back!

Lydia is so professional and hands down, literally, provides the best massage for relaxation, release and recovery from workouts. There is no cleaner, more professional or better massage - anywhere. She is a master at her craft and every massage is fantastic.

Both my husband and I have been to Lydia for therapeutic massages prior to my last visit. Best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. However, the last time I made an appointment it was bc my lower back had been giving me a lot of trouble after long hours on my feet. She located the source of my pain in my fascia and worked it out. What a relief! She’s professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Make your appointment well in advance so you can get in! Thank you, Lydia!!!
