I was a first time chriropractic patient and was extremely nervous about the expectations and the process. Dr. Rehkopf was extremely gentle and talked me through the entire adjustment process. I regret waiting so long to seek out a chiropractor. I always feel so much better after my appointments. And if you have never tried dry needling definitely consider it for the muscle soreness and strains. Has made a huge difference in my quality of life. THANK YOU DR REHKOPF!!!

Dr. James Rehkopf, owner of Life Chiropractic, is an amazing chiropractor. His expertise and care have been a game-changer for me! I had a foot injury and developed a bad bone spur, which took me to see a podiatrist who said the only solution was surgery. I made an appointment with Dr. James. His adjustments and dry needling treatments not only relieved the pain but also improved my posture and put less pressure on my foot. Thanks to him, surgery's off the table, and I'm back to exercising and running. Dr. James is hands down the best chiropractor around, attentive and committed to his patients' well-being.
