This place is outstanding. From the staff to the nurses to the doctors! The office ladies are the best. I mean, they are so helpful with everything. And always get back to you so quick! My insurance did not cover the cost at all. They worked with me and really put me at ease. My nurse is amazing. She always takes time to answer my questions and is so helpful and patient. And Dr. Nasr, omg! He is amazing. I was so nervous about getting a front implant. But he really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. From the extraction to the bone graph to the implant - it was all so smooth!! Such a difference from my previous experience with tooth extraction and implant. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff. I love this team! I definitely recommend this doctors office
Dr. Saenz and her staff are incredible. I needed a gum graft, and I was very anxious about it. I started to feel more comfortable from my very first call to schedule a consultation. I spoke with the office manager; she was very kind, patient, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. During the consultation, Dr. Saenz reviewed the films with me, showed me what was causing the problem, outlined the procedure to correct it in detail, and went over post op care. She also helped to assuage my fears of pain levels during and after the procedure. Dr. Saenz was very patient and kind. The day of the procedure, she and the staff did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. I felt no pain during the procedure and had only minor discomfort for 2days post-op, controlled by ibuprofen. I had no more discomfort after that. Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, Dr. Saenz and the staff were very professional, patient and kind. Other things that I was very impressed with: An actual staff member answers the phone and helps you-no robots that route you all over. No waiting at visits. When I called with a question, they gave me the option of a call back or text-I found that to be very convenient; either way, I heard back within minutes. All of their processes are very efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Saenz!
Dr. Sáenz is a phenomenal, extremely-talented, patient-oriented healthcare provider whose compassion, skill-set, and demeanor sets her apart from any other provider I have been to. In addition, the entire team at the Perioclinic, from those at the front desk to the assistants in the procedure rooms, are dedicated to their work, respectful, professional, and pleasant to be around. You can feel the strong teamwork and positive organizational culture at this clinic. It’s almost like you are welcomed into their family as they provide the highest level of care to each individual. I have had traumatic experience with dental operations and healthcare providers, but my time at the Perioclinic has been peaceful and remarkable, honestly. I truly recommend the Perioclinic to anyone and everyone who is looking for the *best* service in the greatest New Orleans area (and potentially the Gulf South). I will surely be returning if I have any future concerns. For now, I leave their office with renewed confidence in myself and much healthier gums!
