A couple of months ago, I had a dryer stop working late on a Friday. I called a few repair places and got nowhere. When I called Genesis at 4:30 on a Friday evening, two service technicians came right out. They fixed my dryer that evening and were very reasonable with the price. Had a great experience with them, I had called several places beforehand that either didn't have ASAP availability or didn't have my part in stock and a different company referred me to them. They were quick to respond, were able to send a team out that day with the part that was needed and were very friendly. My fridge is now fixed and includes a 90 day warranty.
