Despite a scheduled AC unit replacement at 11:00 am, I received a text, not a call, claiming his truck needed repair, which he likely knew the night before. To compound matters, he insisted on full payment via Zelle before completing the repair, without providing a clear completion timeframe. Additionally, "Choice Home Warranty" has disappointed with poor customer service. Tech name is 'XAVIER"
