The blood letting was good, but the website and customer service afterward is a headache. If a corporate entity is considering using them I would ensure you have a regional contact that can problem solve. Otherwise they are a headache.

A female showed up at my home to draw my blood. She was very unprofessional, inflexible & controlling. I have audio/ video of her behavior before & after she entered my home. She showed up way early & I was not properly dressed/ not ready. I hollered twice through the door "I'm not ready OK?." She intentionally ignored me & she backed up way away from my door (twice) to act like she was too far away to hear me. All on video. I have hollered through the door many times with the mail service etc. & they always answer back. I even opened up one of my blinds to get her attention & all she did was stare at me. My experience was a very disturbing one. I went into this office for an insurance exam that was scheduled by someone in the office. I specifically stated I could not schedule an appointment for 3:30 because I get off from work at 3:30. I was told by the rep that as long as I made it to the office before 4:30; I could still get my exam. When I made it to the office there was a person sitting at the desk on the phone; she didn’t even acknowledge me as I was standing there.
