The person doing my taxes had no idea what they were doing. They were rude and offensive by asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with my taxes. When I talked to the supervisor about my experience, she claimed it must have been a language barrier yet the person who was doing my taxes spoke English. They even threatened me with legal action if I called back and or came to their office.
